Who We Are?

Equal Accessibility® is a disabled-owned consulting company located in Detroit dedicated to helping businesses create equal experiences for ALL individuals. We equip organizations with the concepts, ideas, and tools necessary to create inclusive experiences for their disabled guests.

Founded by Ryan Hudson-Peralta — a wheelchair user, designer, and international speaker born without hands — Equal Accessibility® brings lived experience to every engagement. We help businesses across the United States go beyond ADA compliance and create spaces where every guest truly belongs.

Our mission is to break free from the confines of standard compliance and, instead, collaborate with businesses to create environments that are not only inclusive but genuinely welcoming for disabled guests. By leveraging our expertise, we aspire to redefine accessibility, going above and beyond conventional standards. Our goal is to ensure that every visitor, regardless of ability, has an extraordinary and memorable experience.
